The number management app works much better than before, and I find it enjoyable to use. It needs a few improvements, as it's a bit outdated technologically: the ability to SIM swap for eSIMs and create an eSIM profile to add directly to the iPhone, the ability to register a new SIM card with personal information from an already registered number, and the addition of a dark mode.
This is the worst mobile network I've ever used. The app is completely unintuitive—what type of drugs were yall been on when you made it? Why do I have to dig through some sub-sub-menu just to buy a package, then enter my personal info and go through a ton of unnecessary steps? What year is this—2010? And don’t even get me started on customer support—it simply doesn’t exist. Is this some kind of prank or a social experiment? I accidentally bought the wrong package and wanted a refund, but none of the contact methods actually work. The chatbot in the app seems like it was built by chinese children in a basement in three days—completely useless. When I finally got through to a “live” assistant, they just ignored my question and disconnected from the chat. I also emailed support, but of course (surprise, surprise) no one ever replied. I'm guessing no one even reads those emails. Honestly, I’ve never experienced anything like this—it’s a total disregard for customers. I’m not even going to go into details like the mobile internet coverage (which is barely usable in most places), and so on. The only upside is the price. Sure, it’s cheap—but it’s absolutely not worth it. I'm transferring my number to a different carrier immediately.
Why do they have updation so often??
