User friendly site. Great selection.

This was my first time ordering from them and I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on Black Friday, Nov 29th. Yes i understand with Black Friday shipping and processing will take longer than usual but they did not even process my order until Dec 9th than took an additional 4 days to move it to shipping. It is now Dec 22nd and it hasn’t even left the UK! I’m going on 30 days without my package. There is absolutely no way of getting in touch with customer service unless it’s through a chatbot which took almost an hour to finally get offered to receive an email from customer service! 3 days later and I’ve gotten the most vague, careless responses. Basically telling me I’m just out of luck and to deal with it and they will get here when they get here. Your leggings are top dollar prices, I’d expect a lot more from your team! There are too many companies out there to treat your customers with such carelessness.

I wore Lululemon before I discovered AYBL. I was impressed with my first purchase so I downloaded the app. The app is easy to use, gives users exclusive access to sales, and it’s compatible with my Apple wallet. The shipping could be faster. My last order took 15 days to arrive to North Carolina. It was a gift. Thankfully, I ordered it weeks in advance. Nonetheless, I’d give AYBL 5-stars because they’re clothes are great quality for an affordable price. I just ordered Christmas presents. If anything changes, I’ll update my review.
