App Profile: NHS Confederation

The NHS Confederation app is for our primary care network members only.

The app connects primary care providers from across disciplines and provides opportunities to collaborate, have peer to peer support, receive regular updates, latest information, comprehensive briefings, resources etc. The app provides unlimited access for multiple PCN and primary care Federation accounts.

Joining the app is by invitation only and is only available to our primary care network members.
