Good but can be improved
I honestly thought it was a scam. After I placed my order, I realized I hadn't checked the reviews. They had a 4.5-star rating, but when I looked the next day, most of the recent reviews said the company never responds and doesn't send updates. In my case, I never received a confirmation email or any delivery notification. I scheduled the flowers to be delivered on July 16, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and by 5:00 PM I still hadn't heard anything. I got so worried that I ended up telling the person I was surprising that I had ordered flowers but thought I had been scammed. Then, it turned out the flowers were actually delivered—they just never notified me. 😭 So the surprise was kind of ruined.

Zero communication
I ordered flowers for a family on her birthday and they not only did they not deliver on time, I tried reaching out to them as the order was not showing up on the app, but they had zero responses and no way to track my order.
