I’m old, heavy and inflexible. The idea of doing yoga in view of anyone is terrifying. That’s why I like the focus on imperfection and learning yoga on your own time and in your own environment. The app is divided up into manageable sessions for the time conscious. Some of this is way beyond my current capacity, but this app focuses on progress, not perfection. A good approach.
This app is perfect for me! I love the small yoga nuggets that are quick and fulfilling and the longer sessions when I have more time. As a runner, I have felt the benefits of even doing small amounts of yoga and Talai makes it so easy! Highly recommend!
