Soar With Tapping

Soar with Tapping is AMAZING. I love that it’s super affordable, you can customize the avatar, it shows you visually where the tapping points are, and there are so many different categories of sessions. I started with the 10 minute productivity session and it was very helpful. There are also sessions for chronic pain, stress, phobias, self esteem, and many more. I’m very happy with this tapping app and will be using it daily.

I started using the app about 6 months ago and I enjoy every tapping meditation. With deep meditations, Amy has the ability to bring to light what may be limiting our emotions from navigating a more harmonious life. The app has already become part of my routine, especially on not so “sunny” days. Thank you for the great impact it has made.
