If I could give negative stars I would. This new format is way too complex, I prefer the previous version as it was so much more simple. All of my money and accounts have been messed up in the process of transferring apps. I understand adding new features but I don’t get the reason for making mobile banking so complicated. Why should I have to click 5 different buttons just to make a transfer where it took 2 buttons originally. Please go back to the original format or significantly simplify this app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I absolutely love Texell online banking. So simple and all in one place. If you have questions, you can sent them a message and they answer promptly during business hours. If it’s after hours, they answer first thing the next morning.
There have been a few times(very few) that there were glitches with the app but they got it resolved by end of day.
I am so proud to be a Texell member and always appreciate the services they provide so much!

I actually really prefer the new app! It’s a lot more modernized, more features and I feel it’s very easy to navigate. I’ve heard from other members that they do not like it but I think after getting used to it and actually using all the new features they will feel the same as me!! Thank you Texell for looking into the future with this!
