Fantastic coaching and an easy to use app. This made my fitness journey so much easier!!

As a boss my day is taxing. After waking up early, feeding kids, sitting in traffic, working the day, and coming home to more responsibilities I found myself emotional eating as a way to cope. I thought this was okay bc I didn’t “look heavy” but internally I was struggling. Through the strategy and accountability in this app I’ve found results that lift me up, I wake up with a clear head, I have energy when I get home to play with kids and I have a 6 pack as a bonus. Most features of the app work well, I ran Into a couple kinks with meal plans but that got sorted once I reached to support. Keep up the great work guys, I hope others can be impacted as well.

Great app that’s easy to use and track nutrition and exercise! Hudson is also da bomb and knows his stuff and has taken my fitness to levels I didn’t know were possible!
