Enumerate Engage

This is the first app I’ve had to keep up with my condo association. It has been a giant improvement over what we had before. I can easily find documents and announcements that I want. My one complaint would be that I cannot print or share documents from my phone but instead must go on my laptop.

For the past week, it doesn’t allow to make a payment which results in delays and possible late fees. When submitting payment, UI throws alert “Failed to make Enumerate payment”. This core functionality requires a hot fix

I think if Enumerate is going to use a 3rd part development company to build their mobile application that they would be concerned about the fact that their app is getting very poor reviews. At minimum there should be an expectation that the 3rd party company respond to all of the review posts. Especially the critical ones. It concerns me as an HOA President that we are asking our residents to download an app that is getting very poor reviews and heir doesn’t appear to be an attempt to correct this.
