Davis Behavioral Health App

This app worked great for me for years, but over the last couple of months that has changed. It doesn't matter how many times I put in my email and password, it tells me it's incorrect. But then I delete the app and re-download it and can sign in immediately with that same email and password. Very annoying. Especially when I forget that I have to do that EVERY TIME and end up late to appointment.

The app itself is basically good for seeing appointment times and cancelling. If you try to do anything else it basically tries to redirect you to the app - even though you already are in the app. It’s an endless loop. It doesn’t even show me the phone number necessary to schedule an appointment over the phone since the app appointment setter doesn’t work. Needs major maintenance.

I’ve been trying to make a follow up appointment and it is literally impossible. Open app > Schedule appointment -> Sends you to a page “download our app” -> Click on App Store link (just to make sure it’s updated) -> Open from App Store -> Make appointment -> Sends to App Store -> Open app…. Over and over…..YES, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, logged out and logged back in. This app has been awful since the launch but gets worse with each update.
