Iām so excited for this app! The workout library is so well thought out, and Jeff teaches very clearly how to use it to create your own powerful workouts to meet your goals, whatever they may be. I also love that he has included specific programs aimed at different population groups that may be overlooked by these types of fitness apps, like teenage athletes and Seniors who want to keep moving. Jeff has a very balanced approach to fitness that is relatable and fun, and I love using this app to get the most out of my workouts every day! šŖš½šļøāāļøāš¼

Jeff is a great trainer. This app shows you how to do each workout. Use the app to build your own workout and get advice for your diet! Highly recommended!
