SLAP: Hide, Seek, Record

I’ve been playing this game with a few friends for a while now, and it’s honestly been such a blast. The multiplayer experience is super smooth, and it’s one of those games that’s really easy to pick up but keeps you hooked. We’ve even convinced a few more friends to join because we’ve been enjoying it so much. Definitely worth trying if you like playing with others!

Okay, I'll be honest: I usually hate apps that try to get you to "go outside and play." They're either boring or they stop working the second you actually leave the house. SLAP is different. It actually works, and it's actually fun. Here's what I love about it: • The map shows where everyone is in real time, so the game never gets boring • Safe zones are easy to set up (we made our houses safe so nobody got tagged at 2am) • It makes is easy to catch the best moments, so you end up with hilarious clips that are easy to share • The in-game chat is great for trash talk with your friends • You can keep playing games year-round, not just for Senior Assassin We played with a big group and everyone figured it out in like five minutes, even the people in our group who are bad at tech. My face hurt from laughing by the end. If you've ever said "we should hang out more," just download this and text the group chat. You'll thank me. Highly recommend. Five stars.

This type of app is the perfect balance between using screen time and being outside. There are not many apps were you can say,”It is enjoyable being active on your device with your friends nearby” which this game succeeds at. It is inevitable for us humans to be on our phones, but it is best we use our mobile devices wisely and playing this game is the right job to do so. Running, laughing, and connecting with others is why this game deserves a 5 star review.
