Longest redemption timeframe of all social gaming platforms
The site claims rapid redemption worst case scenario up to 5 business days for processing. In reality, they hesitate to complete the transactions with only an online customer service form that nobody is responding to. When they do respond, it's a just wait longer response. I have been waiting over 22 days for a legitimate redemption payout request and nothing has been done about it. Buyer beware. Play the games but just don't bank on them actually fulfilling their obligations in a timely manner.
