For someone like myself who has great aspirations for their physical health but doesn’t know the best way to reach you goals combat fitness is a great app to use, there’s no guess work involved you just tell them about your goals and where your at in your fitness journey and they set you up with a program that’s right for you. You also get access to private messages with a personal trainer which is extremely helpful whenever you have any questions. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to get on a new fitness program
I came for the free trial and decided to continue using it. I am 38years old and nearing the best shape of my life. Mind you, I am a 30-year veteran boxer and prior service member. I haven't run 6 miles in almost a decade and crushed it a few days back. I am pushing more weight than ever. What I love about the program is how it guides you through warm-ups and cool-downs which have reduced soreness. I am very happy with this app and strongly recommend it to those who really want to progress and gain tactical fitness. Strong lower body, strong core, strong endurance, overall - extremely happy!! Very much worth it
There is seemingly no clear way to cancel the trial/subscription. I am unable to find the trial listed in subscriptions in my settings. When I go to log in on the browser (as their app does not allow you to view or edit payment information) their login does not work. Their reset password does not work either, saying the same email listed in the app does not have a valid account. There is a charge to my AppStore for the free trial, yet I cannot find any information on the subscription, bill cycle, card used, or future charge amounts. I’d heavily advise staying away from this app for now. I’ve bought some of their programs in the past and had them delivered via email, I was hoping this would be the big new thing. Unfortunately things are poorly made or shady things are happening.
