Like the other reviews, this app has glitches. It crashes and restarts a lot. Also it would be more helpful and useful to have video workouts. I don’t know about you guys, but I like to listen to music while I workout and I can’t do both when using the app. I usually just open the app and while the timer is going I just use my fitness+ app and follow their workouts, which is nice because not only do they have the music which makes it more enjoyable, they also have more of a beginner friendly workout routine that I can handle until I get stronger.

It’s funny you feel down because you don’t look the same anymore. You’re scrolling through Facebook and bam, you’re tired, this guy Vince is a genius! Get the 140 shredded plan. Bam, someone from India is zooming you. Bam they talk you through some garbage. Bam they signed you up for crap you don’t want. Then, within 24 hours I check my card. $2,000 charged to the card. Tell them to cancel the VERY NEXT DAY. “Nope sorry sir if you look at our no refund policy….” This company is fraudulent and so are all of the fake reviews. Please for the love of god do not support this company. Look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself I can do this. Do not spend a dollar on this scam artist. Pills will not make you lose fat. This company is a joke they are marketing clowns that only care about money not your fitness. You got this. Work out going on a calorie deficit.

The transition from what we were using before to this is a rough one. This app and the flow really need to be worked on. Technically I’m having an issue receiving alerts even though alerts are turned on I’m still not receiving audible alerts when messages from my trainer come across. I get emails and a pop up but I don’t constantly check emails or watch for silent pops to appear. Not being able to review the exercises prior to starting that days workout without the timer starting is also very awkward and makes it difficult to plan for the days workout. Not sure who tested this out before hand but it’s not working for me.
