This is a very complete program. I’m getting help with figuring out what to eat and how much to eat. It’s very well-balanced. I am combining it with intermittent fasting, which was my choice because I had already been trying that. I can already see that I haven’t been successful in the past because I’m eating way too many carbs. I like that I have a diet coach who has prepared menus for me after I filled out the survey telling her what I liked. This takes all the guesswork out of it. They have also prepared an exercise plan for me that includes videos of each exercise. Everything is done for me. I just have to follow through and do it. As For motivation, they have a Masterclass that is live on Facebook where everything is explained and you have all the opportunities to ask questions. Having the community of women that are in the same boat as me is very motivating because of all the sharing and advice. The price is so reasonable for everything I’ve gotten so far. I really can hardly believe it, but it’s true.
I really wanted to love this. I saw a Vince video and watched it all the way through. He has great information and knows what he is doing. I am 5 months postpartum and just want to get back into the shape I was before I had my baby. I consider myself pretty healthy and am a former fitness/yoga instructor so I am an avid exerciser. Diets are where I really struggle so after hearing Vince talk about the diet aspect of his program, I felt like it could be great so I signed up. I started receiving a lot of emails with more videos and the other components of the plan I can add on or purchase. I didn’t care for that but I started browsing the app anyway looking around for the diet component. Unfortunately I discovered that this app is no more than a recipe guide and does not help you tailor a diet. Yes, it does help you calculate your macros but I was hoping it would be more personalized. I can do all of that myself with a pen and paper. Maybe my expectations were too high? Or maybe I have to buy more in order to have someone walk me through the diet process? I get daily emails encouraging to watch more videos and buy more add-ons or join groups which is frustrating. On top of all of that the app isn’t very user friendly in its functionality in my opinion. With this review, there is no hate towards Vince and what he does. There’s no denying that his content produces results and I think it’s a great program for a lot of people but I am not one of those people. It’s just not what I expected.
I purchased the 90 day fitness bundle today. Came with, I think, 4 total workout boosters! Awesome deal, and very much worth the money. However this app does not allow you to reap the benefits fully! Very easily navigated and fun to use. However, when you click on the videos, you see maybe the first 10 seconds of the video and then the remainder of the video is just a black screen. I’m not sure what’s causing this issue, but I am a visual learner and I can’t even see the work out being done. Now, sure I can look up each work out but that defeats the purpose of the entire app and the work out plan. I’m not sure if it’s a phone issue ( using IPhone 11 Pro Max) or an app bug issue but I’d really rather see so I can follow along in my work out. Also, it would be awesome if we could access the workouts off network. I’m currently deployed and when I don’t have signal I can’t navigate the app what so ever. Nothing loads. So I find myself trying to write down everything incase I don’t have WiFi or data. Leading me to be interested in not just the videos but a downloadable plan as well. I mean we’ve paid for the plan we should be able to access it in whichever way is best at that time. Also one of the free plans included in my purchase (Booty Builder) won’t load at all. There is just a blank screen when I click on the plan. Not dumping on the app entirely or the plan at all! I’m eager to start my weight loss/ fitness journey, and these couple of issues won’t stop me. But it would definitely help to have these small issues resolved!
