Superb Shifts

For the people saying the app doesn’t work & is a scam is lying. The app works, you just have to verify superb is in your state for agency work. I have picked up multiple times throughout the app, it is secure. After your shift it takes 72 hours for pay. The horrible side to this agency is if you callout 24 hours or less than your shift they automatically withdraw 100 dollars from your bank, ASAP. It’s no locking your card to get around it, they directly take it from your bank ach. If a facility cancels on you the day of or sends you home you get 4 hours of pay. The facility & the app have horrible pay rates for CNA/ CMA’s. $17-25 An hour. No you don’t bid for higher pay. It’s all instant assign.

The app doesn’t even work to pick up shifts contacted the customer service and nothing seems a bit scamming fishing for your information

I have worked for this company about a month now and I have to say I’m very impressed! The app is awesome! I wish I could receive notifications via the app instead of texts. And a calendar view so when I’m picking up shifts, I am not having to go back and forth if I don’t have my planner with me! Otherwise, I love it and will be here for a long time!!
