Community asked us to download this app as we use the other Rentcafe app. This app cannot even find my account which works perfectly fine on the other app. This is unusable and makes me dislike my community for thinking this app was acceptable to use.
This app does not work consistently how it is meant to. Does not open doors it should open in community, way too hard and too long of a process to log in, even when it does let me log in I think it worked one time and since then it’s been nothing but problems. Do not recommend
Login even with biometrics is repetitive and takes longer than it should. Temperature is not gathered from device when switching from off mode to heat or colling.
