FOLX Community Platform

I have been member of FOLX for just about two years and make me one of the longer term people here it’s the second gender care company that I have had the first was pretty useless and I was without care for about two months And went through my first menopause and it wasn’t fun, but I searched and I searched. I found FOLX and I’ve never regretted. Making the decision to come here as it took all of my stress away. That a trans woman like myself felt truly comfortable that what I needed and what I expected was actually met so I think that’s great and should anyone want to know more about my journey I do float around the community here on the board and if you see me just say hi I’m open. I live in the sunshine every day. And willing to share anything that you may wish to learn about myself or FOLX

The app is completely broken. In addition, I tried to reach out to a member of the care team which is supposed to be easily accessible, but unfortunately, there is no live chat or phone options and they need at least 3 business days to respond because their member support is completely understaffed. It’s not clear how I should go about importing my previous medical history, and it’s impossible to speak to a person. I’m beginning to wonder what they are doing with this $40 a month.

This app is broken but don’t let it stop you from using FOLX on their regular web platforms! Good healthcare, bad app.
