Full Circle Farm Box

If you live in a condo or an apartment with a call box, don’t order from Full Circle. I’ve been happy with the produce and have enjoyed the convenience of a weekly delivery. However, the driver just left my order outside the building twice. The first time it happened, they didn’t call me at all. I just suddenly got a notification through the app that my order was delivered while I was literally waiting at home for the call from the call box. The second time it happened, I waited all night for my delivery, and when it hadn’t arrived by 11 pm, I went to bed. In the morning, a neighbor out walking her dog let me know that she had brought my produce box in and placed it in the mailroom. I received a call from Full Circle asking if I had received my box, because the driver “had been unable to reach me.” Yeah. The driver had been unable to reach me because I was sound asleep at 3:12 am! When I called customer service, their response was that their delivery hours are between 7 pm and 7 am. Something I wasn’t aware of when I started my subscription. Unfortunately, staying up through the night to receive groceries doesn’t work for me.

I’m all for helping local small farms but after my second produce box I had to cancel. Way too expensive for the amount of produce. And the quality of the produce was not at all impressive. I’ll stick with the local grocers where I can fill 2 grocery bags compared to the tiny box here.
