I absolutely love this app... it is the quickest way to get a guide to my clients/patients on dietary restrictions and helpful nutrition without having to compile it myself... This app is a comprehensive resource for learning about and prescribing food for health according to Chinese medical theory. I found the variety of ways to search for foods (by diagnosis, season, food, etc.) made it very user friendly. And the ability to personalize and print out individualized recommendations for my clients has benefitted my practice - my patients appreciate the information and it saves me time. I also like that I am able to alter information (flavor, temp, indications, etc.)
