Can you please make a way in the app for us to see how many classes we have taken in our billing cycle? My bill does not go from the 1st to the the 1st. I would like to be able to track if I have taken enough classes to equal the value spent on my membership. In class history…it cuts off. I think it shows classes taken in the previous calendar month and the current calendar month to date. Or maybe its the last 30 days. Which is what I can see. But this doesnt let me track what Ive done over my billing cycle. Maybe being able to see 3 calendar months or 60-90 days class history would show this. Also the class filters don’t always work well. And don’t always show the same filters available on the website. And there are teachers that are no longer on any schedules. Can they be deleted to make filtering by teacher less cumbersome?
The app works well for booking and cancelling classes. There are a lot of teachers at each studio and it is difficult to keep track of them all. I wish I could save, like, and/or put notes on teachers in the app.
Absolutely Love Hot8Yoga!! Feel free to IGNORE all the negative complaints about the app, it works fine & it’s easy to look up classes & book them. I wish I had access to Hot Yoga growing up when I was a kid athlete. Anybody can & will benefit from hot yoga practice, especially as a supplement or cross training for anybody playing any type of sport or as a form or meditation and/or exercise. I still run, hike and do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in my late 40’s and Hot Yoga practice has not only helped me recover from my old injuries but also as injury prevention. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Every one of the teachers is just very awesome and very good at what they do that it's so hard to pick a favorite. The staff is amazing too & the cleanliness always on point. Hot Yoga here it's really next level.
