Happy with the new update, but some things I would like to see on there:
•Where did the location section go?
•It would be neat to have a save feature in the TrueBalance so I don’t have to keep putting in and deleting planned transactions each month

I have been locked out twice, not because I don’t remember my information but the system can’t remember my information. The first time I called as instructed and was told it must be a program error. I was instructed to delete my version and download it anew. That worked for about 3 weeks and it happened again. Not building confidence.

After years of waiting for an FCFCU mobile app the one rolled out needs more work. You cannot view statements in the app or search for checks, deposits, amounts or anything. login with face id broke after only a few months and hasn't worked since. My guess is that an ios update broke the app and the developers have not bothered to fix it. In fact, the developers must not use their own app since the breaks and needed enhancements are obvious.
