Comparing the old app, this is an amazing upgrade. There are still some things that need to be altered but overall I love the new look and features they have added. I really love how we can change the names on the accounts and also change the colors. This will help me with color coding my accounts and minimize confusion.

The new update to the online banking has been very convenient. Once you play around with the app everything is easily accessible. It wasn’t too difficult to add everything back such as external accounts. With every new update there’s going to be some issues that will arise in the process, but with this new app it is easy to navigate.

This app was so much better before the update. Granted FaceID never consistently worked, the app features made up for it. It’s unfortunate the app developers took away the in app transaction log option and the available vs true balance feature. It was nice to have the option of listing all my transactions that didn’t post immediately, so that I did not over spend. All of that has been removed, and it’s an inconvenience to say the least. Everything doesn’t always need to be upgraded, if it means taking away features no one complained about.
