Locked me out of account! It does not recognize your old password and when you try to retrieve or reset it just locks up! Go back to the old app or give us the choice to update or not.

I like the new app because of the member transfer option, but I don’t like how it doesn’t show me my balance without having to log in and I also don’t like how it doesn’t save the members account numbers that i transfer money to. It saves them on the website version but not on the app.

New mobile app is not as user friendly as the original. Should have checking account transactions and savings account transactions separate to review like previous app. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and would love to see this fixed so I can leave a great review! Thank you.
