Great App
I recommend this app. It always works well even with my phone that’s older. It has everything a sports app needs.

Crashes constantly, annoying to use
My weekly experience with this app: get a push notification about a chance to win free tickets. Open app to enter. Have to dig around to find where. Try to enter text in the fields. App crashes. It’s so frustrating! Every time it opens I have to spend 5 seconds staring at the 2-5 hands screen. Why? It’s a waste of my time. Just get me right into the app experience.

ID or Facebook required to use?
DELETED b/c it can’t be used w/o sharing email address or using Facebook. Unlike other official NBA team apps, this one requires users to register/create an acct or sign in with Facebook before it will open. After all the controversy about unlimited aggregation of personal data by Facebook and others, I’m shocked the NBA would permit its team apps to perpetuate this problem, indeed reward Facebook for its callous disregard for privacy and use of personal data in a manner inconsistent with democratic values. NBA CEO Adam Silver is should require the Raptors (& other partners) stop this practice immediately. For shame!!!
