I recently used CatchCorner to book a gym space for a basketball game with friends, and despite a couple of initial hiccups, I had a fantastic experience! Initially, my booking requests were canceled, which was a bit concerning. However, the venue quickly reached out to offer an alternative time, which worked perfectly.
What really impressed me was CatchCorner's customer service. They proactively contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the initial booking issues, explaining that the time slot I selected might not have been convenient for the venue to open. To make up for it, they generously offered me credit, which I used to extend our playtime by an extra hour!
The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and made the booking process smooth and straightforward. It's great to have a platform that makes it so easy to find and book sports venues.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with CatchCorner. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience. I'm definitely a fan and will be using CatchCorner again in the future. Highly recommend!

Despite booking a court a week prior to the day of, my order had not been communicated with the facility and they had not received any information about my order. As a result, other parties had booked the time slot that I already paid for and I wasn’t able to use the court. In addition to this, when communicating with CatchCorner Support about my issue through email and the chat support system, they had stopped replying after I had identified my problem to them.
