I have never written a review before but I feel that I need to for this app. This app is awesome due to it’s price, and how much is available to stream. I absolutely love how much there is to watch on here, however the mobility and usability of this app is very poor. For starters, it crashes often, and randomly signs me out of my account. Furthermore, it does not do a good job of keeping my place in an episode, and will often either start me from the beginning of the episode or a few matches off of where I left off from(that is if it even has my episode in the continue watching part of the app) this is extremely annoying as when fast forwarding, a glitch makes it impossible to see what is playing while you are moving forward, meaning I have to guess what time I should go to. Another issue I have is that all the episodes are in backwards order when sorting by year, meaning if I start from a certain year I have to scroll all the way to the beginning of the season (54ish episodes) to find the beginning, and a glitch makes it so the years sometimes flow into one another but most of the time do not, brining you back to square one every year you go through. I know this post is a bit knit picky, and for what’s its worth this app does offer so much quality content for such a little price, but these bugs and issues make the app so frustrating and annoying to use that I often turn off the tv and go to bed, rather then watch more episodes on the app. If WWE can fix this app I will be extremely happy, but as of now this app is extremely annoying to use.

First let me say I use the WWE app (on my iPad) primarily to read what’s scheduled for Mon night Raw & Fri night Smackdown as well as the results the next day. But the recap stories are very short & brief. The links for video highlights & photos aren’t showing up in the recap stories, as in the old version did. I find it very frustrating overall with the “news” highlights ranging from shorter stories recaps & no photos or videos links. The full recaps don’t always show up the day after on Tue or Sat. To watch the WWE pay per views I use the WWE app through my Fire Stick. Which works pretty good most of the times, at times the audio/voices don’t always match the video. I enjoyed how you were able to read recaps of the previous night, watch high light video clips (at times they were too short or didn’t capture the full effect from the night before), or even view snap shot pictures of some of the previous bouts. When you read the results from the night before you were able to select from read the recap, watch the video highlights or views the photos of that specific bout. The update does not streamline the user of the app to navigate through it compared to the old app interface/navigation. Granted you are able to read the recap from the night before (from Raw, Smackdown or Crown Jewel but I can’t seem to be able to view highlight videos or photos from the events, whereas on the app before the update you were able to. Please fix so I can enjoying reading the recaps & view/watch the photos or videos.

As a long time WWE fan, I absolutely love the WWE Network for its affordable price and access to the entire WWE Universe My main complaint here is that the app have some major glitches that need to be resolved. 1st, when it comes to trying to play back videos or click on a tab, the app will shut down at least 4/5 times before it will actually load the content. The second issue is with the Shop portion of the app. I purchase a lot of items from the WWE shop, but it is hard to do so when sometimes it will not scroll down and let me click on other options. And lastly, I think it would be a great idea if there was a way that if you are watching smackdown and raw in order, that the “up next” episode can be in order from the last one. For example, if I just got done watching an old episode of raw, I think the next episode of Smackdown should play immediately after, rather than exiting out to go to the smackdown tab. I have been a longtime member of the WWE Network and it would be great if at least some of these issues were resolved.
