The app keep crashing and hard to navigate Should be rigorously tested before release when it is a major EPR provider and patients care is involved
I have been using this app for a couple of years as part of a major NHS Trust in UK. The app is a big improvement in terms of finding patients and results and as the huge benefit of being usable on a personal device. However, the biggest issue is being constantly logged out, often many times a day, which makes the app almost unusable in practice. The developers need to sort this out because it makes a potentially great product unusable.
We recently started using this system in my hospital and it has been a huge step up in terms of managing the workload. The desktop system is great but having the app on your phone so you can update info on the handover list wherever you are without the dreaded “someone else is using this list, create a local copy for merge”later message. Some small things to improve but overall it is great.
