Good Light! Magazine

After the latest IOs update I have not been able to open the app. I have emailed support and left a message but no reply as of yet. It’s been weeks now….

Though the mag is noteworthy, if you ever encounter a subscription issue like I have, you’ll discover that there is actually no way to contact the magazine or the app developer for help. I renewed my subscription in November and as of yet have not been able to access any of the magazines onto my iPad though access to mags prior to renewal remain accessible. Even more frustrating is that I have to create my own process to rectify... after no responses from using email, Twitter, and Apple support. Perhaps it is wiser to benefit from <just> the free products the publisher provides.

This app continually asks for me to subscribe when I have an ongoing subscription through apple. Even though you have paid for your downloaded issues; once the app ask you to resubscribe; you lose access to those previously purchased issues. If the creators can fix this glitch, it would be a perfect app because the issues are filled with very informative articles.
