Needs a modern redesign
The app works, but the design feels extremely outdated. It honestly looks like something from the 90s. The interface is cluttered, the graphics and fonts feel old, and it doesn’t follow modern mobile app design standards. I hope the developers consider a complete redesign with a cleaner, more modern look. Banking apps should feel polished and inspire confidence, and this one definitely needs a refresh.

I absolutely love this app! The ease of use is amazing. Developed to get you through the process quickly. Banking is important to most people. Customer service and support are essential. The customer is always protected on this app. I have been using this app for years. Hope you enjoy it too.

System error
This app has a system error every time I try to log in. It almost feels like a won the lottery when I actually log in. Tried to contact the customer service but they just want me to change my password which is insane since already told to her that I can log in using their website. I tried to speak out to her but still insisting that I change my password. They don’t even have a clue that this app is not working. I have 4 friends having the same issue but they are not acknowledging it. Just a BIG sight….
