I can tell this app wasn’t developed for users in the US because we don’t use centimeters for height measurements. Not to mention I can’t find and designate my city within my state…had to find a neighboring city where I don’t live. This is the work of the developers for sure. Developers will claim this is so because it’s a free app (no it is not) so scammers are an expectation but it is pretty easy to add verification into an app to differentiate real from fakes…I am a software developer so I know this. Not recommended as I think this is just a haven for scammers and bots engineered or implemented by the app developers. I also believe most of the ratings for the app (5 star) are fake, paid rankings or submitted by someone who’s extremely naive. Lastly, if you think people from near you will appear for matching, think again. Saint Petersburg Russia sounds more like it. No, there’s nothing to filter by distance to/from your location, assuming you can even find your location.
