Horrible login issues
I recently switched to MCU from a big bank. I love the bank and my new accounts, but I can’t stand the app. It refuses to remember me and allow me to use Face ID to log in. Sometimes it will remember me for a few logins, but eventually, it starts over as if I’m logging in for the first time. I do a lot of mobile banking and sign in multiple times a day. This issue is extremely frustrating, and I really hope it gets fixed soon!

Downgrade
There should be a new category for when you are going to make your app worse. First thing I noticed is that it looks like garbage on a large screen and it also has lost Touch ID capability. I'm not sure what the thought process was behind this update but the end result is that I do not even like logging on to check my account.

New App
Well, the first thing I noticed is that Touch ID is no longer available. That's too bad because it should be, it's a downgrade from the previous app that had it. Although I have not had a chance to try the check deposit on this new app, everything else seems functional enough. Is it fresh and new and more helpful? No, I'm afraid not. Overall it seems cheap, not really advanced, when compared to the other four banking apps I use.
