Peoples Bank (WA)

I’ve been w Peoples for a dozen years or more, even though I now live in Oregon. I’m not willing to give up the manageable interface or the always patient and kind customer service. As someone now coping w memory issues from long Covid, I trust my People’s reps to help me understand my account and related processes on (brain ) foggy days. Thank you all!

I’ve been a People’s Bank WA customer for over 20 years. The mobile app is very clear, comprehensive, and easy to navigate. The in-person tellers and officers of the bank’s branches have always been efficient, pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I have never encountered an error by the bank in my checking, savings, or CD accounts, all of which have been competitively priced. They have my recommendation.

I love this bank. I've been a customer for 20? years. I've had bank accounts since I was 7, all over the country, big and small. I was closing on a house during pre-vaccine covid. The biggest banks in the country locked their doors and went dark. Peoples Bank employees answered their phones (from somewhere) and carried the day. I live in the Southeast now. Peoples used to be my favorite bank. After yet another guffaw from a a big bank and the horrible customer service … well, they’re now my only bank.
