Bank Peoples

Since the update 3 days ago It won’t let me see my account or any balances and just says last updated 3 days ago. I cannot transfer either without an error. Besides this update the app works fine

I find my peoples app very easy to use. I use to check my accounts for deposits and checks that have cleared. I like to balance my check book so I use my app for that also. If you need to transfer money or pay a loan it’s easy to do those things too.

I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised since the day I opened my account with the bank that in today’s world there truly is a group of people that love what they do, they love who they work for, and they love providing excellent customer service to everyone of their customers. You are not just a balance in an account and you’re definitely not just a means to an end, you are worth the time to still have human contact and personal conversations with your customers, and you’re not a problem or a hassle if you want to actually hear a real voice or see a real person. It’s just simply unheard of anymore and it’s well worth giving praises where they are absolutely due!! Thank you for the great service each of you provide.
