El Dorado Savings Bank Mobile

There is a lot of assumption regarding mobile deposits. The instructions should be more detailed for example: You take a picture of the front and back of the check but there’s no instruction to say what to do next. Through hit and miss I realized you hit the photo button again, the instructions are endorse your check, submit, and receive an email saying whether the deposit went through. There definitely needs to be more detail regarding how to make a deposit. I had to call El Dorado Bank for instructions on more instructions on how to enroll. I was told I had to hit the plus button that should be in the instructions. I found that the instructions for deposit were very lacking.

All I need is my balance, with an occasional transfer and rare mobile deposit. For those that are saying this app does not allow mobile deposits, it does but you have to apply on their website and be approved (if you are good standing with your account). Luckily it never have crashed on me, reliable app.

I don’t know what you did but it doesn’t work any longer. I used it for everything. Making deposits, paying bills and checking my account. Now it does nothing. I think something may be wrong with your database as I can’t even login on the website. You have the wrong phone number attached to my account and my login name seems to be lost too. PLEASE FIX THIS AND LET ME KNOW ITS FIXED. Thanks. A loyal customer.
