I have been using this app for over a year now, and have experienced SO many issues with it. I have not once, ever been able to set up Face ID with it, even though it offers every time. Now, I got a new phone and cannot even sign into the app because it takes me through all of the verification steps and then forces me to press “enroll” in the end, just to tell me that I’m (obviously) already enrolled. Please, fix your app!

I used more sophisticated and intuitive apps 10 years ago so they have some catching up to do. I would rather have it safe and secure with less bells and whistles, but nothing is safe for very long in this modern IT environment either way. It’s like a shrubbery… Not too expensive just something nice. RP
