Prior to downloading the app for my iPad, I used a website version of the same thing, and it was not very good because it was clunky and had intrusive ads. This app is far better in both of these ways.

I like that I can read an image of the print copy of the daily paper, instead of being taken immediately to the online version, where I have to sort through what I’ve already read to find what I haven’t. Easy to navigate around the image. And easy to find past editions. On other newspaper apps I’ve used accessing these requires a separate logon and then the path to them is obscure.

This app is very well designed and straight-forward. I enjoy the ability to highlight one article and read the whole thing without having to flip through pages to read the second half. I love that the ads do not distract me by shifting, flipping, or other movements designed to draw my eyes away from the text. It’s great to be able to forward or print out an article. And.... there is no newsprint ink on my fingers when I’ve finished reading!
