The previous app had a function where I would get a text anytime there was a charge over $20. This was really useful when it came to combating fraud. I’ve had my card cloned before, and I’m glad this feature was available. Now, you get notifications of the day’s transactions at midnight, and you have to get into the app the actually see what they are.

Since the updates, many of the features like Transfers do not work. It’s been very frustrating and has caused major inconveniences.

My old app was working just fine, but since the new update came out I decided to update it. It was the worst mistake ever. The app doesn’t even work now! I don’t have time to go to the bank and deposit checks which is something only the app offered that you can’t do online. Tried calling and no one answers, I wonder why? If you all don’t fix this ASAP, I am taking my business elsewhere. We get lousy interest rates on our cash anyway, although I bet they are keeping 99% of the interest your money makes. It’s no wonder why they keep building new locations. They are keeping our money and throw us a few cents each month.
