Before updates were made on this app, it was easy to navigate through but when changes were made it was challenging to find what I needed. As I explore the app I find new things in not so hidden hidden places and that’s ok. I will continue on my journey through the app at my pace!

After the app has been through multiple updates, the quick access feature chooses when it wants to work, and also changed from being a 4 digit pin to being your phones password. On top of that, I used to get a notification every time i would make a purchase, and now, there’s no way at all to enable that through the app. Everything goes directly to email and the only options you’re given are specifics mostly involving numbers your balance is under, rather than just a simple “any time you withdraw” option. Whatever option they have either way, doesn’t get sent to your phone; despite having your number registered under your account. For me at least, only my email is available for any form of alerts. So to summarize, the app needs better navigation, some old feature need to be reimplemented, and overall, could use a lot of work.

Love the app makes everything easy transfers, payments, and the ability to keep track of all your accounts. Runs great!
