Easy to use, great way to track your remaining funds. First time use, you must call in to obtain new user name & password. The rep was very helpful and walked me thru the process, had to log into a website on my laptop to create password.

No way to reach ITT to help troubleshoot. App does not work I called the customer service they were nice tried to help but the app keeps rejecting to log in. I asked customer service if I needed to create another account with the app they stated I shouldn’t have to since I already have a account. I tried this app before when I first got Healthscope beginning of the year. Same problem. Apple 🍎 needs to pull the App from the store and ask them to fix it.
