I haven’t been able to do anything with the app since it keeps logging me out within 5 seconds from when I log in. Then I have to wait like half an hour to log back in. Don’t know where else I can get the support to fix this issue. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I made three or four posts stating my distaste for the new M3/M4 body styling. I was kicked off of the forms, blocked, and four months no response or reason as to why despite multiple messages to the administrators. Eventually the administrators responded and stated that I said negative comments about the styling of the new M3/M4 and I was banned. This is complete censorship. Jason, can you look into why I am unable to post. I would like permission to do so please. Thank you. Your post history is clear reason: "Dude! That is so horrendous!" "This is such a an ugly ugly car. So disappointing. That exhaust is as ugly as the grill. Loving my F82 more and more." "God that front bumper is so bad. Literally cannot be saved...even when all blacked out. This is a complete fail. Their recent commercial is like dudes on drugs and is straight up outta Requiem for a......" We're not here to censor negative opinions (plenty of that being posted in the G8x forum), but if a user's posting habits show that they're in a forum only to bash on a vehicle repeatedly, they will have their access revoked. Hilarious. Absolute joke. Can’t have an opinion outside of what they’re pushing.

I have been dealing with this issue ever since I’ve gotten the app roughly 6 months ago or so. I frequently get No Connection and Reload connection errors when trying to view forums or My Forums or anything at all. It makes no sense. I can be on or off WiFi with good service and still nothing. There seems to by no rhyme or reason as to why there are connection errors besides issues with the app or the server. When can we get a fix for it or addressing what the issue is? The app works great..... when it’s actually working. It’s just all the downtime with the errors, I’m getting errors 50% of the time and I can not reliably load and browse and search through forums without getting issues. It’s starting to get frustrating. Please can we get some sort of update or a some sort of fix? Everything on my end and my phone is fine, I’ve verified with other users the App has these issues.
