I have been frustrated with app since was created. It is hard to sync, sometimes the app just don’t let you sync. I used to see the self reliance missionaries of my ward and know it says that i have no access to it. Sometimes I open it and close itself immediately. Sometimes just start syncing for ever and never end. Many times it says that my password and id is incorrect and i know it is not. I had to change passwords a lot because this don't let me used my real id and password. I took this app from my apps and put it back and still the same problem or a new one. I am just annoyed by the church’s apps. I have the same problems with the Gospel Library app, Memory and Family tree. For a week I wasn’t able to see all my memories. They just disappeared. I was so scared of losing my journal entries. Anyway, this is a negative review for another app. Please dedicate my time on this apps and fix these problems. I would not use this apps but because of my callings I have too. These apps are very useful when they work properly. Let take advantage of technology and make the best of this apps so we can do our callings better. Thank you.

This app is handy to have. One thing that is missing is an Apple Watch extension with the digital Temple recommend. Would be great for youth that are able to attend the Temple for baptisms for the dead, but only have an Apple Watch, and do not yet have an iPhone or smart phone. I have two sons who are deacons that attend the temple at least once a month, and lose their paper recommends almost every time they go. Even with parental guidance, the paper recommends are still getting lost.

This app…when it works it works. However multiple times I have been told to delete it and reinstall it! Just so I can have access to features that don’t show up and such. I was told again today to delete and install it. Last time was to be able to see the patriarchal blessing tab. This time for my calendar to see all events since it was blank. It seems every time that the app gets something new that you have to delete and reinstall instead of updates. It’s ridiculous. You never know that feature is there until you are told about it. We almost missed my son’s seminary graduation tonight because no one communicated it with us and then told us to look at my blank calendar for it tonight after I reached out to the bishopric. Why doesn’t this app self update???
