Pharos Print

This app is required for my school in order to print stuff. Initially, the app worked fine. However, every couple months or so, there’s a long period of the app just being unable to open. I just get kicked back into my home page. This is super unreliable and frustrating as I don’t have another option to print out homework papers or lab papers. I thought it was because maybe I didn’t update the app? Nope. It just doesn’t like to cooperate every so often. Please fix this bug and I will fix my rating.

I was reading some of the other reviews and they talked about this app being very buggy and not working. Perhaps it’s due to recent bug fixes or updates, but this was my first time using this app and it worked fine! It did the job, printed my stuff. Nothing special, but really no issues.

If you’re lucky you’ll get signed. Oh wait actually that’s worse because once you make it into the app you’ll get close to printing then it will freeze and you’ll try for another 5 minutes until you rip your hair out and flip tables. Who thinks this is passable as a service??? Only wish I could’ve given negative stars.
