I love using the app to refill prescriptions, but logging in to Health Record with Face ID is a little strange. It asks for my password and then when I attempt to type it in, it does Face ID and then logs me in… eventually. Additionally, some English translations are a little bit strange to this anglophone. I love using the PJC application to get my prescriptions refilled. It easy to do and makes the whole process very practical. I’ve never encountered any problems using the app either. Thanks and keep up the good work.
