The app is very user friendly, with very easy setup. The interface is highly polished with a logical layout for quick interaction. The preloaded food items to track your caloric intake seem to be very expansive relieving you of the need to manually research the values of what you’re eating again making it simple to use from the get go and to accurately track your progress.
Love this app! So user friendly that anyone can succeed with this. The site is gorgeous! Love the layout & colors choices. So many of these type of sites are abrasive to look at. The best health & meal planing aid I have seen!
