Penciv: Social Journal

This app has really helped with my mental health. I am loving that I can express my emotions in a healthy way. This app is not about the likes and the shares, instead it’s really about community. You have the option to share your feelings and thoughts, though the app for me helps regulate my emotions on a daily bases showing you in real time where your focusing your energy through out the day. The other perk is that it’s free!

A lot of useful functionality in addition to journaling. Adds an element of intentional interaction with those you care most about in combination with personal reflection. I like that I can track my feelings over time with fun visualizations, and I like that I have the option to directly share my entries or keep them private.

There’s a lot of good things to say about Penciv! I love having the option to share moments and photos with my friends without the pressures that come with social media. I also love the journaling system! The fact that I can track my emotions by category and over time and see visuals of how I’ve felt is spectacular. Easy 5/5, everybody could benefit from this app!
