Can y’all make it to where diapers and potty are 2 separate buttons when logging? It gets confusing since some teachers mark successful and wet under the same thing cause it’s looking like they successfully changed the child’s diaper. As both a teacher and parent this would be a very beneficial change. Also, picture quality is not the best when posting and receiving pictures and when downloading the pictures off they are very blurry. Also, the pictures y’all have for what the app looks like does not look nearly like that, there are several buttons missing when logging activity on the teachers end, there is no behavior button, medication, mood, illness, notification, kudos, or incidents, I am unsure why y’all promote it when it does not show up on the teachers end.

The app is great when it is working. I haven’t had it for long. However, I can’t receive notifications. I have them on through my phone settings and the app. I’ve redownloaded the app, restarted my phone, force closed and reopened the app, and then tried to do the in app support. Every time I try to do the in app support it tells me “something’s wrong gone wrong content could not be loaded”… so telling me to use the in app support wouldn’t even be helpful because I can’t even try that, every time I do go for it.

At first I really liked the app because I was able to receive updates while I was at work but it always seems like I’m constantly trying to log in. Also, I tried creating a new password and there’s no IT support to help with creating a new password. Even when I try to create one, it just hits me with an error saying I don’t meet the requirements of a new password. It’s frustrating especially when I’m just trying to see updates of my child.
