This app advertises theirselves as an affordable, long distance alternative to the big two rideshare services. What they hide in their terms and conditions is that drivers will not be seeing their hard earned money any time soon. I took my first ride through the app (driving 3.5 hours away to pick up a 3 hour ride). The pay was decent enough, but what I didn’t know is that it would take 3 days for the payment to acknowledge and another 30 days to pay out. My trip has finally shown up, but I still wait on payment. When looking at the app resources, you are told that payment is upfront (to the company), so why does it take so long to get to the driver. This is ridiculous as many trips require gas, meals, and even lodging (12+ hour trips). I am also sure they require straight through driving. I’ve seen trips as long as 26 hours. This surely is a DOT violation. So far, I took a trip quoted at $345, which I still wait for, with a 15% commission (already paid), and required a $40 fuel up and $10 meal. The way I see it I am -$390 on my first ride. Driver beware. Also, I received notification I will be charged $20 for having to cancel a ride when roads were impassable due to ice.
This is the worst transfer app which i ever drive with, they don’t have management of rides or customer care, you don’t know with who you’re gonna face and drive, the second thing their payments, i had couple transfer ride with them and been more than 3 months still says payments in process, what kind of process is this which take more than 3 months, actually they are making money with your money in this 3 months and you’re the one who have to pay for all expenses in this 3 months. Anyone who says this is not right, can reach me i have all evidence. Now you all drivers decide it worths working with them or not, i swear since i stoped driving for them they blocked me for not following their rules and still waiting for my payments. NEVER WILL BE FOOL AGAIN.
want to express my complete dissatisfaction with your payment system for drivers. Why do we have to wait more than 30 days to get paid for our work? We don’t work for fun — we work out of necessity, for our families, and to maintain our vehicles in good condition so we can continue providing safe, comfortable, and professional service. You charge the customer on the same day, the moment the trip is confirmed. But the drivers — the ones doing the actual work — have to wait over a month to receive our money. That’s neither fair nor professional. On top of that, your support is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get a proper response or any real help. Most of the time, there’s no reply at all. And when you do respond, it’s the same generic messages or a simple “please wait,” as if we didn’t have bills to pay, fuel to buy, repairs to make, and families to feed. Many drivers are leaving your platform because of this. Because it’s impossible to keep working for a company that mistreats and neglects the very people who keep it running. Because it’s frustrating to see you profit from our labor while we’re left waiting, as if we were invisible. You need to understand one very simple thing: We work for money, not empty promises. And if you don’t change your payment policies and how you treat drivers, it’s only a matter of time before more and more professionals walk away. You’ll end up with a platform full of customers — but no one to drive them. You still have time to fix this. But if you continue to ignore it, you’ll lose the trust of those who make your business possible.
