This app is practically useless, the only thing it really does is show you the money the Buggy car rental company takes from you every week. If you need any kind of customer service you are out of luck. The “contact us” feature does nothing, and if you do get lucky enough to make a phone call to a live person, you end up calling a call center in India where all they do is tell you they will call you back. And they refuse to give you a phone number for the local cities Buggy office. In fact, there is absolutely no information whatsoever on the app related to the Buggy office in your local city. You should avoid this company and it’s worthless app.

I rented two cars in two weeks. The first one was expensive but the car they gave me was a problem car. The second one is more expensive than the first one, almost $650 per week. I calculated the income and expenses for two weeks only for the mentioned time, that is, after working 200 hours, only $325, which means my hourly wage is only $1.62 cents. It is very expensive, weekly wage and gas. As long as there are sheep like us, they will only feed people and on top of that, they have this company in partnership with Uber.

I was renting with buggy for 2 months, I was double parked when a truck tried squeezing and scratched the car, I managed to get all of the drivers information and send buggy pictures and videos…. They told me unfortunately they where not gonna rent me the vehicle anymore and despite the evidence they took 700 from my account and never contacted about the insurance claim, even tho they know I was in the right.
