App doesn’t work I went to the restaurant. They told me that they don’t do anything with the rewards. They have no idea how the system works and they can’t help you with anything. They told me they would forward my information somewhere because I have a reward that I want to redeem, but the app is not allowing it. It also hasn’t allowed me to make a purchase. Not sure how it’s getting the same reviews two years later it seems like it would’ve been fixed by now. 🤷🏽‍♀️

If I could give this a zero rating I would. Tried the restaurant before downloading the app it was good and then downloaded the app and got the coupon for a free item. Couldn’t even use the coupon before it expired because they don’t have the two closer locations in the app yet. I have to kids under the age said five and can’t just get up and leave . Tried taking the coupon in store but they said they couldn’t honor it and to wait until the app updated. It’s been over a month and still no update for our locations. My coupon expired before I had a chance to use it. So I will not bother trying to shop here since they can’t get the basics down with electronics.

This is my new favorite place to have a delicious dessert, friendly customer service and a comfortable atmosphere. I was able to wipe out hours of work! Thank you all for a lovely experience! -Cynthia
